Happy St. Patty's day to everyone. I just saw an e-mail from one of our patient's who is part of a group called Like Minded Mama's for an incredibly tasty Shamrock Shake. So I thought I would share the recipe and the ingredients. Try it out and let us know what you think!

Healthy Shamrock Shake

Serves: 2-4

  • ½ Avocado
  • ½ Cup English Cucumber, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Parsley, chopped
  • 2 Celery Ribs, chopped
  • 4 Medjool Dates, pitted
  • 2 Tablespoons Raw Honey or Grade B Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tablespoon Gelatin
  • Pinch of Unrefined Salt
  • 1 ½ Cup Filtered Water
  • ½ Cup Raw Milk, Nut Milk or Coconut Milk
  • 5 Drops of Be Young Peppermint Essential Oil
  • Optional 1 teaspoon Spirulina Powder for a SUPERFOOD Shamrock Shake
  • Other Suggestion – If you have the Be Healthy Vanilla Meal Replacement from Be Young Total Health, I would think that one scoop would be a divine addition to this! I would also assume that you may need a little more liquid as this shake is plenty of thick on its own. Have fun and play with your food!

  1. Place in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Taste Test.
  4. Adjust as you see fit.
  5. Enjoy!
